Effective July 2, 2026
You can use WildAF without an account (with a daily search limit). If you create one, we store your email, a securely hashed password, your plan, and your search counts. UI preferences (theme, view mode, recent searches, pinned routes) stay in your own browser's storage. We use analytics and advertising services that set cookies, described below, and Square processes subscription payments — we never see or store your card number.
Search requests. When you search, the route, date, and passenger count are sent to our server to fetch fares from Frontier's public booking site. Results are cached in memory for a few minutes and are not tied to you.
Server logs. Standard web-server logs (IP address, user agent, requested URLs, timestamps) are kept briefly for security and debugging.
Browser storage. Your theme, Simple/Pro preference, recent searches, pinned routes, home airport, and savings tally are stored in localStorage on your device. Clear your browser data to remove them; they never leave your browser.
Fare watches (optional). If you create a fare watch, we store the route, date, price threshold, and — if you enable notifications — your browser's push subscription, tied to a random token (not your identity). Watches self-expire, and deleting one removes it from our server. We also keep anonymous snapshots of fare/seat availability from searches to power the seat-trend history; these contain no user data.
We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand how the site is used — pages visited, searches run, approximate location, and device type. GA4 only loads after you accept the consent banner; decline it and no analytics scripts or cookies load at all, and the site works identically. When enabled, GA4 sets cookies and may collect identifiers as described in Google's privacy policy.
We may display ads served by third-party advertising partners (including Google AdSense). These partners may use cookies and similar technologies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. Where required by law (e.g. EEA/UK), a consent banner will ask before advertising cookies are set. Opt out of personalized advertising here:
We don't sell your personal information, don't run trackers beyond the analytics/ads services above, and don't store your search history server-side. Flight and fare data comes from Frontier's public booking site; we send them your search parameters (route, date, passengers) but nothing about you.
Depending on where you live (e.g. GDPR in the EU/UK, CCPA/CPRA in California), you may have rights to access, delete, or restrict processing of personal information. Since we hold essentially none, most requests are satisfied by clearing your browser storage and opting out of the third-party services above — but you can always contact us and we'll help.
We'll update this page if our practices change; the effective date above tells you when.
